Cancellation Policy

Any order placed with us can be cancelled until its shipped. You can raise a cancellation request by writing to us at customercare@hersheinbox.com. Please be sure to mention your order ID in the email.

The order once dispatched from our end, cannot be cancelled.


Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hersheinbox!

In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a Return/Exchange. To raise a return/exchange query, you must write to us at customercare@hersheinbox.com.

Hersheinbox’s Return Policy gives you an option to return and/or exchange items purchased within the specified return and/or exchange period which is 7 days. A return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery of the order post which no returns/exchanges will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.

If the customer places an exchange request and the request is accepted, there are chances that the requested exchanged product may go out of stock during the entire process.

In that case we will convert your exchange request into a return request, without levying any return charges.
The entire billed amount will be credited to you in the form of a gift card.

One time Return/Exchange - You can return/exchange a product only once.

A return shipping charge of Rs.99 will be levied on the return.
We provide an exchange free of cost for orders above Rs. 499, in case of a size or defect issue.
We do no entertain any exchange or return requests for products who's value is below or up to Rs. 499 for reasons other than manufacturing defect.
Please see the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Hersheinbox will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Hersheinbox would not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responseible for its delivery back to the customer.

Return and refund in case of Manufacturing Defect:

Hersheinbox will accept the return of any product and refund the entire purchase amount to the buyer’s original payment source, only in case of a manufacturing defect from our end.

Such a return request will be entertained only if it is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The customers must record a proper video, at the time of unboxing their package, as soon as they have opened their package and discovered a defect.

The return and refund request must be raised by sending us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package, only then will the request we considered.

If the above mentioned conditions are not met, the refund will not be considered against manufacturing defects from our end.


(In case an exchange request cannot be completed due to the unavailability of a product, the same will be converted into a return request as per our Return Policy)

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

1)    The items must have all their labels/tags intact.

2)    The items must and be in perfect condition, the same as they were when shipped by us.

3)    The items must be returned in the same packaging material that they were sent in, along with the invoice of the same.

You are welcome to try on a product as long as you take all suitable measures to preserve its original condition, tags, labels and packaging.

NOTE – Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged whatsoever. Please go through the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Pick Up

During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the returned products.

The following exceptions and rules apply to this Policy:

1)    If, at the time of Pick Up, our delivery agent detects any signs of damage in the product or finds that the product is not in the same condition as shipped by us, we reserve the right to deny such a return.

2)    All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, invoice, labels and packaging intact.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Refund, in case of a return, will be initiated in the form of a gift card after deducting Rs. 99 as return shipping and transaction charges.
    These charges are deducted by us to make up for the logistics cost incurred by us on the return of a product.
  2. No code is required. The gift card will be applied automatically at checkout during your next purchase.
  3. The gift card will be valid for a period of 30 days, from the date of initiation and can be used in more than 1 installments during these 30 days only.

 Shipping Policy

Hersheinbox charges a standard delivery charge of Rs. 50 per order, if the total value of the order is less than Rs.1500. This is because sellers and delivery agents incur higher shipping charges on items of lower value and charging a nominal delivery fee helps them with their logistics costs.

Our estimated delivery time corresponds with the time specified on the product page once the order is placed. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

The estimated delivery time may vary due to the following factors:

1)    Availability of the product

2)    The destination to which the order is to be shipped

3)    Unforeseen situations/ circumstances due to a natural occurring or force majeure

Hersheinbox has No Hidden Charges whatsoever. When you make a purchase through our website, the price you see on the product page is final and all-inclusive and exactly what you pay.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Every purchase must have its delivery address in India.
